Campsites, holiday villages and holiday clubs

Campsites: the entertainment programme on every guest’s phone

It’s raining, the pétanque tournament moves under the marquee. The entertainer posts it from their phone: subscribed guests are told, and the reception screen updates itself.

Tourism plan from €290 a season, founders’ offer for the first venues.

The problem

A board nobody checks

Every morning, the entertainer writes the programme on the reception board. At the first cloud, it all has to be rewritten, and guests are at the pool or in their mobile home.

The leaflet handed out on arrival soon goes out of date, and the holiday’s WhatsApp group never really worked.

With Ohey, your guests already have the app. The one for their children’s clubs: one scan at reception, and your programme is on their phone.

How it works

In three steps

1

The QR code at reception

On the counter, in the mobile home, on the site map. Guests say how long they’re staying.

2

Post today’s programme

Activities, times, places: up to date as soon as the entertainer posts, even in the rain.

3

End of stay, end of notifications

On the departure date, the campsite goes to sleep on their phone, and wakes up with a scan next summer.

What you get

Everything you need, nothing more

📺

🌍

French and English

The app and notifications follow the language of each guest’s phone.

🖨️

🌙

Stays go to sleep

No notifications after departure: guests don’t unsubscribe, they come back.

Frequently asked questions

You’re probably wondering…

Do guests need to create an account?

No. They scan the QR code at reception, with the app or the web page, no account or e-mail.

What happens at the end of the stay?

Guests give their departure date when they subscribe. On that day, your campsite goes to sleep on their phone: no more notifications. They find it in “Places visited” and wake it with a scan if they come back.

What about foreign guests?

The app and notifications follow the phone’s language, French or English.

How much does it cost?

The tourism plan starts at €290 a season, depending on the size of the venue. The first campsites get a founders’ offer at a reduced price guaranteed for several years.
