Town halls, sports departments, committees, leagues

Sports halls closed on Saturday: one message, and every member of every club knows

A water cut hits every sports hall in town. The sports department posts once, and the news reaches every member of every club concerned, in your name.

Pool from €150 a year, free until the end of the current season.

The problem

An e-mail to each chair, who passes it on, or not

When a sports hall closes, the sports department writes to each club chair. Some pass it on that evening, others on Monday, others never.

Families end up outside a locked door, and it’s the town hall they call.

With an Ohey pool, you post once. The news goes straight to each club’s subscribers, and each club stays in charge of its own news.

Frequently asked questions

You’re probably wondering…

Does Ohey replace the town hall’s news app?

No: it complements it. Ohey covers associations and activities, with their schedules, where town apps inform residents.

Do clubs have to pay?

No. Each club uses Ohey for free; only the body that brings them together has a subscription.

How much does it cost?

From €150 a year, in tiers by type and size of body. A pool is free until the end of the current season or year, giving you time to budget for it.

Who sees the members?

Nobody: neither you nor the clubs see who subscribed, only how many.
